Shredded Garlic Sprouts – avoid that overboiled, soggy brussel sprout by stir frying shredded sprouts with garlic over a high heat until just cooked. The perfect way to make brussel sprouts this year for those that aren’t usually a fan.

Difficulty level: Rookie
Ingredients:
- 200g pack of brussel sprouts
- Garlic or olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Method:
- Shred the brussel sprouts and garlic cloves in a food processor.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat and allow to heat for a minute or two.
- Add a drizzle of oil, the shredded sprouts & garlic and the garlic powder. Stir fry for just a couple of minutes until the sprouts have just wilted.
- Serve my Shredded Garlic Sprouts with your Christmas Dinner!
