Shredded Garlic Sprouts

Shredded Garlic Sprouts – avoid that overboiled, soggy brussel sprout by stir frying shredded sprouts with garlic over a high heat until just cooked. The perfect way to make brussel sprouts this year for those that aren’t usually a fan.

RECIPE

SERVES 8
Difficulty level: Rookie

Ingredients:

  • 200g pack of brussel sprouts
  • Garlic or olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Method:
  1. Shred the brussel sprouts and garlic cloves in a food processor.
  2. Heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat and allow to heat for a minute or two.
  3. Add a drizzle of oil, the shredded sprouts & garlic and the garlic powder. Stir fry for just a couple of minutes until the sprouts have just wilted.
  4. Serve my Shredded Garlic Sprouts with your Christmas Dinner!
