Instructions
Mix together the sriracha, garlic, honey and lime. Brush the salmon fillets with the sauce and, if you have time, marinate for 30 minutes
Heat the grill to high. Put the salmon fillets under the grill, skin side up, for 10-15 minutes. Salmon is best when cooked 'medium'.
Meanwhile, boil the egg noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and toss with the sesame oil and soy sauce.
Heat a large frying pan over a very high heat. Stir fry the vegetables in a drizzle of oil for just a few minutes, until starting to soften but still crunchy. Mix with the noodles.
Add the stir fried vegetable noodles to a plate, top with the cooked sriracha honey salmon and sprinkle over some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
